Light ocher, turbid American Pale Ale, with a typical lower carbohydrate styling, subtle citrus notes in the odor, well-embedded bitterness of 39 IBU and flavors of red grapefruit and lemon; presents itself with good drinkability and through the full Durchgärung also as a pleasant companion for many dishes.
