Beer description
After a gestation period of five to six months, a young animal (fawn) is born at the Alpensteingeiss in May. A Bock beer, Boc dal mai (Maibock), is born in the Bieraria Tschlin in May. A Maybuck is a variant of Bock beer that is traditionally brewed and drunk in May.
