Beer description
Aroma: wholemeal bread, rye bread, light caramel, light DMS, dominated by malts, as it should be, whole grain baked goods. As ok as possible. Delicate toasty notes. Appearance: dark ruby, fine foam quite nice, cream-colored, with low durability. Taste: sweet and caramel, with a roasted character, which should rather not be so much here. Toasts, wholemeal pastries, and burnt sugar. There should be no roasted notes in bock. Palate: full, smooth, sweet, low saturated, I drink well, alcohol very well hidden. To sum up: quite a good beer, a bit underrated style, in my opinion it is worth trying.
