Trzech Kumpli - Piece Of Cake

It's a lighter session version of an IPA. Our goal was to create a rich yet drinkable beer that allows a smooth introduction to the IPA style. You get a lot of hopeful - and do not have to stop after a few glasses! Mandarin, grapefruit and berry flavors blend well with the resinous and woody notes. Bold citrusy bitterness and moderate amounts of alcohol do not dominate the drink. They just remind us that we are still in the IPA world. Light gold, slightly cloudy, creamy head.
