Reserva 60 aniversario.Simcoe hops were introduced to the world in 2000 and are one of the most widely used American varieties. It is valued for its versatility, as well as for its extraordinary range of flavours and aromas. In Full Simcoe, we have used this variety exclusively. As a result, the beer smells intense and extremely fruity. The aroma of pears comes to the fore, joined after a while by tropical fruits in the form of papaya and pineapple. This is followed by a pleasant floral character, and some people might also detect the aura of a humid, warm summer forest. On the taste we find similar notes, enriched with citrus associated with ripe tangerines. Full Simcoe is very smooth and creamy, and the bitterness itself is low, with a pleasant citrus profile.
