Some time ago we used some experimental blackcask barrels that were put into circulation by citrus peels. We were just looking for the perfect black IPA - you know one where, if you close your eyes and smell, you do not realize you're drinking a dark beer ... In this version, it was available in very few places, but the answer has always been positive and we received many inquiries - will bottles and whether beer in kegs will be available wider. It was not easy, because when brewing, what comes out on a small scale does not necessarily translate into large quantities, but whatever! We decided on the technology and probably made it.
