The TRUMER private brewery is known among connoisseurs for the application of state-of-the-art and individual brewing processes. Now the experienced team comes up with yet another innovation proving that not only wine and whiskey develop their aromas in a wooden barrel. The first TRUMER "holzfassgereift" is a top-fermented strong beer brewed especially for wood maturing, matured in oak barrels of American and German oak as well as sweet wine and Pinot Noir barrels.
