The color of autumn that comes out of this bottle is very special for a beer. A mixture of amber and darker browns with a beautiful white, medium-pored, medium-pored crown. Fruity aromas of ripe apples and grapes with malty tones are the aromatic harbingers of this beer. Not entirely unexpected, the malty tones also dominate the initial taste, accompanied by the light fruity notes that already determined the aroma. But the hops are already noticeable in the initial taste and create a very unique but pleasant taste pattern. Inconspicuous but present carbon dioxide with a slight, fine tingling sensation on the tongue. Good and uncomplicated to drink with a surprisingly good freshness. Moderate body with caramel tones and an increasingly present aromatic hop that is not too bitter. The finish is much sweeter and has a malty, caramel-like finish. The hops dampen this very pleasantly to a level that is not too sweet.
