Beer description
This popular stout from the tropics is fermented with a hybrid yeast (which ferments at both cold and temperate temperatures). The beer has been lagered for a subtle, smooth profile of toasted grains, with hints of liquorice. The aromas are smooth and the complexity of the different grains is really brought out by the slow work of the yeast.
It has a nice thick head and a silky texture on the palate, much to the delight of thirst-quenching beer lovers.
