Beer description
This wheat ale contains 50% raw wheat and 50% barley malt. The raw wheat is locally poduced at the foot of the Jura montains where the brewery stands. The citrusy edge in this beer commes from seville orange peel, and coriander lends a refereshing note to this thirst-quencher. Bottle-conditioned with a Belgian blanche yeast, which remains in sustenance, hhence the slight haze.
