Troegs Coco-Nator

The inspiration for Coco-Nator came from the winner of Troegs Brewing's first-ever Homebrew Hang: Kristen Richards of Harrisburg, PA. Starting with a base of Troegenator wort, Kristen brewed her take on Troegs Brewing's iconic Double Bock with cocoa nibs, vanilla beans and toasted coconut. Coco-Nator captured hearts and palates, so Troegs Brewing worked with Kristen to scale up the recipe. Thick and chewy with notes of caramel, coconut, sweet mash and vanilla, Coco-Nator is a hat tip to homebrewers everywhere.
