Trillium Brewing Co. - Concord Grape

A light hazed deep plummy amber brown colourd pour with a halo of off white head. Aroma is tart jammy plum, red grape, vanilla, hint of leather, light cherry and plastic. mellow funk, vinous funk. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, and pithy puckering tart, woody tannin, cranberry, mouldy funk, some red vinous funk. Palate is tart prickly, woody tannin, mild pucker, moderate carbonation.
