Beer description
UPPER CASE has a delicate, dry Pilsener-malt character with a smooth, soft, pasty mouthfeel from the raw, oily wheat hop resin, which serves as a canvas for this twice dry-hopped 9% double IPA. Overripe mango, pineapple and passion fruit aromas pop out when pouring the beer. The impression of tropical fruits also comes first in the taste, which is further overlaid by white wine, pine resin and grapefruit skin. Mainly hoped with mosaic, with Galaxy, Citra and Columbus playing supporting roles.
