Trillium Brewing Co. - Citra Cutting Tiles

Cutting Tiles is a trial run by Double IPA's with a range of aromatic single hop varieties brewed with raw wildflower honey. This new version is dosed with 100% Citra in all kettles, whirlpool and two massive dry hop additives. The local wildflower honey keeps the body light and drinkable, but provides an earthy backbone. Floral and piquant in the foreground, supported by a nuanced citrus character on the nose, which continues in the taste profile straight away. Cuddly, soft mouthfeel, with a restrained bitterness in the finish. New variants will follow!
