Track Dream of the Flood

Brewed with our friends at Muted Horn for their 5th anniversary. Sometimes simplicity is best. Here we only used German Pilsner malt as the malt base. The quality of the malt means that it can stand on its own and brings nice notes of still warm pretzels, a gentle bread sweetness and the lightest caramel waffle goodness. Citra, Strata and Idaho 7 bring fuzzy notes of peach, nectarine and watermelon as well as an almost noble, flowery hop character with a slight herbal bitterness and a wonderfully clean, slightly resinous finish.
