Beer description

IPA (India Pale Ale) is a variety of English tradition beer that is characterized by being foamy, unfiltered, with an intense orange color and with a predominant hop flavor and aroma. Its origins date back to the second half of the 18th century, as a result of the efforts of British brewers to achieve a beer that is preserved in hot climates and especially during long ocean voyages to India. To achieve this goal in the preparation of this beer, a high amount of hops is used, which acts as a preservative.
