APA-style beer. American Pale Ale are top-fermented beers that, starting with the traditional British IPA, are characterised by the aromas and fragrances of hops grown on the American Pacific coast. There are typically citrus scents, including mandarin, grapefruit peel and bergamot. This Tosca, deep gold in colour with auburn highlights, has toasty notes and a fruity flavour. It has an enveloping aroma with spicy and floral notes. It maintains a low alcohol content, making it smooth and easy to pair with dishes with intense flavours.
