Collaboration with Spin Bar
Imperial Pastry Stout /w Tonka Beans.
What do you think of when you hear the phrase "it's overkill"? Is it "overkill" for a particular person? Does he have experience and expertise in this matter? Are you ashamed to admit to him that you actually really liked it?
We tried to answer these and other questions together with our good friends from Minsk bar Spin, and brewed a dense and heavy imperial pastry stout. And we decorated it, as expected, with an incredible amount of tonka bean extract.
Amaretto, pastry, cinnamon and vanilla, chocolate and port - everyone will find something for themselves in this beer. Drink, enjoy and don't listen to other people's advice. It's too much for some people, but for us it's just right.
