Beer description
As a winter special, we brewed a Dunkelweizen IPA with elderberries.
This combined with the darker malts,
gives a warming and wintry feeling.
The character of the weizen can be found in the beer because of the yeast we used: WLP300, a classic weizen yeast.
For the dry hops, we used the hops Sabro Cryo and Talus which creates a fresh, fruity and citrusy whole.
Joon is enjoying the outdoors, travelling in nature and savouring new flavours. A beer brewed by his friends. Never to be forgotten.
