Beer description
This spontaneously fermented sour spent two years in oak barrels before brewery added a ridiculous amount of freshly-picked O'Henry peaches from neighbors at Cochise Family Farm. Tart, funky, and extraordinarily complex, this beer is a dry, effervescent, and extremely drinkable homage to the amazing local fruit and microflora of southeastern Arizona.
