Anarkist - Cuvée Carstensen

In collaboration with Royal Unibrew, a new beer was developed for the 175th anniversary of the Tivoli Garden 2018. Cuvée Carstensen is brewed with a verjuice (sour juice of unripe grapes), grapefruit, lemongrass, yuzu fruits, figs and blackthorn. The result is a unique beer with fruity and wine-like taste almost without sweetness and bitterness.
