Beer description
12.3° original gravity; they are naturally cloudy and have 4% alcohol. The beers are made from selected raw materials: Malt, water, hops and are completely untreated, i.e. not filtered, not pasteurized and not stabilized.
The beer contains only natural carbon dioxide (CO2), which is produced during fermentation and storage, making the product highly digestible.
Because the beer is not treated, it contains 100% of all vitamins (B6, B12), trace elements and minerals.
The beer in barrels can be kept for at least two months if stored correctly (cold).
One of the brewery's aims is to deliver weekly so that fresh beer is always on the table.
