Beer description
Sancho Panza is an intensely aromatic and flavorful New England IPA - it’s dank, resiny, and citrusy, with the tremendous smell and flavors of a perfectly ripe bowl of fruit - pineapple, fresh melon, and peach. The mouthfeel on Sancho is very soft and pillowy, yet the body is still lush & full. In true New England IPA-style, the bitterness is somewhat subdued, but the peppery and piney notes of the hops still shine through and will linger on your palate until you take the next sip. Sancho Panza is the sidekick to our popular Donkey-Hoté double IPA!
