On the penultimate label of the Rare Monkeys series, we highlight the white marmoset (Mico argentatus), a species from the Amazon, to illustrate this collaborative beer with our friends at Cervejaria Dádiva! A blend of two oak barrels, previously used to mature white wine and cachaça, with beers that have rested for more than a year and have had the addition of cashew and mango.
