Three Monkeys Beer - Saimiri

Metheglin Mead with peanuts, cashew nuts, almonds, pecan nuts and cinnamon --- On the tenth and final label of the Rare Monkeys series, we highlight the squirrel monkey (Saimiri sciureus), a species from the Amazon, not to illustrate a beer, but rather a mead! Produced in partnership with our friends at OldPony, this mead has a large addition of peanuts, cashews, almonds and pecans, which were roasted, glazed in their own honey and infused into the drink, creating complex layers of aroma and flavor! A final touch of cinnamon completes this set that recalls those typical kiosks of caramelized nuts.
