Three Monkeys Beer - Raspberry S'mores Tart

Sour with Raspberry, cocoa, marshmallow and graham crackers --- The word "Tart" can be translated as the characteristic acidic flavor of Sours, but also as a type of open tart: the tartlet. In this Sour, we added cocoa, marshmallows and graham crackers, to simulate a classic American camping snack (S'mores), but in a pie version, with a touch of raspberries to finish!
