Three Monkeys Beer - Moloch

Fruited Sour with blackberry, blueberry, strawberry and raspberry --- In the fourth label of the Rare Monkeys series, we highlight the red-bellied saguine (Plecturocebus moloch), a species native to the Amazon Rainforest, to illustrate this Sour with lots of blackberry, blueberry, strawberry and raspberry! A neutral base, which was acidified in the pan with lactobacilli for 3 days, served as a blank canvas for the fruits to shine, adding lots of flavor and an intense red color. The proceeds from the sale will go to the Sauim de Coleira Project, an NGO in the Amazon that aims to implement research, monitoring and conservation actions for the Saguinus bicolor.
