Three Monkeys Beer - Lagothrix

Imperial Milk Stout with warm brewed coffee from Fuzz Cafés (Conilon Vitória and Catuaí 99) --- In the second beer in the Rare Monkeys series, we continue with the woolly monkey (Lagothrix lagotricha), a species from the Amazon Rainforest, to illustrate this robust Imperial Milk Stout, with lots of lactose and a blend of two coffees from Fuzz Cafés: the potent Gorilon (Conilon Vitória) and the complex and fruity José Luis (Catuaí 99). These coffees were roasted and extracted exclusively for this beer, using the innovative Warm Brew method. Lots of coffee, with notes of cocoa, brown sugar and subtle vanilla in the background. A beer to be enjoyed slowly.
