Three Monkeys Beer - In Sapa

Sapajus is an Imperial Dark Pastry Sour with cocoa husks, toasted coconut and vanilla and almond extracts. Dark, potent and very complex, it contains unusual ingredients and will challenge your understanding of sour beers. The proceeds will go to Instituto Vida Livre, a non-governmental organization that works to rehabilitate and release endangered animals in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
