We like to try new ideas all the time, you already know that. We’ve already used marshmallows, kombucha, yerba mate, tomatoes, squid ink, etc… And lots of lactose! It is milk sugar, used to add body and a slight sweetness to beer. A Milk Stout is nothing more than a variation of the traditional Stout, with the addition of lactose. But is it a Goat Milk Stout? Yes, in addition to lactose, we add a little goat's milk, to bring more complexity and personality, while maintaining the Three Monkeys standard of quality and authenticity. Let's try it??
