This is how Cherry Dream came about. A sour base that rested in French oak barrels previously used for whiskey, gaining notable complexity through contact with the wood and microorganisms present in the barrel. After leaving the barrels, they received fresh cherries that gave an imaginary touch of this world where nature is greater than everything and everyone.
