Ceviche is the newest beer in the Gose Gourmet series, our sour beers with a salty touch and unusual ingredients from world cuisine!
This is a Gose style beer, which brings out the flavors of the dish through the addition of a combination of lemon juice, coriander and chili pepper! And despite the dish being made with fish, the beer is vegan and manages to evoke the flavor of the dish through the addition of Nori seaweed, in an unusual and delicious way.
The proposal, like the other beers in this series, is to create a bridge between beer and gastronomy, showing that the drink presents infinite creative possibilities that go far beyond malt and hops.
