Beer description
A bottom-fermented double IPA [hence the "cold IPA"] that brings out the intense flavors of the malts and hops with finesse. The powerful attack quickly gives way to fruity aromas of tangerine and white peach, as well as hints of very sweet cereals, followed by a rather delicate lemony bitterness. At first sight, a complicated style that's easy to enjoy.
