Inspired by "American Pale Ale" from the West Coast of the USA. With a spicy, dry and honey-like flavor, with light and fruity notes, it has a solid malt background with a slight caramel character. Brewed on California Ale Yeast and Simcoe, Citra and Pacific Gem hops.
