The Wild Beer Co - Zingiber

Fresh Ginger + Citrus + Seaweeed. When life gives you ginger we say make ginger beer but the wild way. Using Yokai as the base beer has provided a beautiful layer of flavour whilst upholding an extremely fresh and quafable finish. Created with a wapping 70kg of ginger puree, orange and lemon zest come together to create a refreshing and spicy beer.
