Beer description
A barrel aged sour red aged made in collaboration with Son of the Smiths a cider maker from Nagano, Japan. Using the wild yeast from the apple orchards to re ferment the beer, aged in bourbon and wine barrels. Flavours of cherry, liquorice, oak and fruits of the forest makes this a perfect summer sipper.
