Beer description
This is an exclusive bespoke blend of some of the finest barrels in the Wild Beer Co barrel library. Mostly aged in white wine barrels, the blend contains barrels of Sourdough, Tepache, Blend 18, Ceresa and some unnamed fruited barrels of plum beer.
The blend was carefully selected to make a full, tropical sour beer. It has a beautiful balance of sweet fruits, sour citrus, gentle bitterness and savoury umami. We think this has a typical ‘Wild Beer’ character to it, showcasing the yeasts and bacteria that give our wild beers their unique flavours from our farm.
