The Blend is an expression of what we do and why we do it. This is a celebration of our love affair with wild yeast, sour beers, slow maturation, barrel-ageing and blending. Inspired by Belgian Gueuze-style beers, we have blended together carefully selected sour beers from our barrel library, and used all our experience from the last seven years to create the 2019 vintage. A blend of the finest and most complimentary examples from a number of our beers, selected across a range of different batches and vintages, fermented with various wild yeasts. The result is a beer of great complexity and exceptional depth. The Blend - 2019 is a limited release, the fifth edition in an annual series. It took us 3 years to mature enough beer for our first release, a beer we think was our finest at the time. We believe this will be even better! It will age well in the bottle for many years if properly cellared.
