The Wild Beer Co - Summer Riot

Summer Riot is Wild Beer's first American Hefeweizen brewed in collaboration with Ignition Brewing Lewisham. Influenced by German brewing ingredients and styles, the beer combines fresh citrus flavours of lemongrass and lemon verbena with a honey sweetness born from the use of Melonoidin in the malt base. This is accentuated by banana ester flavours from the infamous yeast strain.
