The Wild Beer Co - Snapdragon

As this year's Naked Wines exclusive Christmas beer, we have created Snapdragon, a Belgian-Dubbel style beer. Snapdragon is rich and dark, similar to a classic Dubbel. We've also spiced it with cinnamon and clove and a seasoning of orange zest that creates a festive and complex taste which is best enjoyed when chilled. This beer is a fusion of spice, zest, sweetness and aroma all coming together to give a complex and quaffable experience. The nuance of cinnamon and clove heighten the zing of the orange that cuts through the sweetness of the treacle. In this beer we used our house mixed culture alongside a blend of Belgian Saison and red wine yeast which gives a light finish and a beautiful spiced fruit character.
