8 barrels, hand blended by 8 people for 8 hours on the 8th February to celebrate Clapton Craft's 8th birthday! Pieces of 8 is a barrel blended sour with a touch of tart cherries and hint of chocolate. A combination of European wine and American bourbon oak casks aged a mix of pale and dark sours for between 1 and 4 years.
