Saison + Vinous + Floral At Wild Beer we are all about embracing the terroir of our local surroundings. We’re a farmhouse brewery that embraces the ‘funky’ characteristics of Saisons and how their flavours can change over time. Maison; simply meaning ‘house’ is the first in a range of Saisons we are creating here at Wild. It will be an evolving series with the aim to create exceptional Saisons that pursue flavour, complexity, and balance in equal measures. The goal is to brew a beer that results in a crisp, sessionable, and drinkable experience, that is also unique wild and flavoursome!
