Wild Ale With Apricot & Wasp Yeast - 6% ABV. Fermented using an isolated pure yeast strain captured from an abandoned wasp nest. This unique yeast strain delivers a sweet honey aroma in a beer using all british ingredients. A beer inspired by Somerset Wild, our first wild yeast capture in 2013, and made possible by the developments in our lab over the following 10 years
