The Wild Beer Co - Echo

A tastily tart and sour wild plum beer with flavour echoes from collaborations past. Echo was aged in Islay barrels which had held Pilton Ciders' 'Smokey Plum' and our own Beyond Modus V, Echo is a complex and intriguing beer. The final 18 month maturation and fruiting has given this beer a tangy tart character, an overriding charred and smoky Islay flavour and a lingering plum wine finish.
