Brewed as blending stock for our annual barrel aged blended stout, this super strength dry stout has been aged in a 200L Clermont Springs bourbon cask for over three years, picking up the delicious flavours of the bourbon whiskey and marrying perfectly with the crystal, Vienna, carafa and chocolate malts, plus a healthy dose of Demerara and Muscavardo sugars in this quad brew super stout. At 20% ABV, this beer should be drunk like a fortified wine, accompanied with a strong cheese such as Stilton or a fine Cuban cigar.
