Beyond Modus 9 Barrel Aged Sour Red – 9% ABV. Following on from last year’s Beyond Modus, we have blended Coolshipped modus operandi with a Bordeaux red wine barrel to finish this beer for another year. Matured in freshly emptied red wine barrels, it screams ripe autumnal fruits, a vivid acidity and hints of Bourbon subtlety.
