THE PETNAT CIDER is a blend of 2021 and 2022 cider aged in neutral oak barrels. After blending the two cider vintages we added LOTS of locally grown grapes (Hasansky Sladki). Macerated on grapes + skins 15 days, bottled before complete fermentation/attenuation.
