Mountain Culture Beer - The Overlook

The flames from our rauchbier fest sparked this collaboration with our good mates from Rocky Ridge, over in WA. For this hazy NEIPA and for the first time ever, we're experimenting with triticale, a hybrid of wheat and rye malt. To add a creamy character to a slightly drier finish, we went overboard with the hop additions of Strata. Expect the sticky, juicy flavours of mango, passionfruit and melon. Do not expect psychic premonitions.
