Beer description
Developed in Austria, The Vienna Lager is a classic style known for its malty aromas, moderate bitterness, and fairly dry finish. For our iteration, we brewed with mainly Vienna malt in addition to Bohemian pils, light Munich, and a touch of carared malts. In the boil, we utilized Magnum hops, followed by Hallertau Mittelfruh in the whirl and dry hop.
