Beer description
The key element in this style is the malt, which contributes largely to the flavor profile of our Dopplebock. We utilized a Munich malt base and accompanying specialty grains, yielding a rich and malt forward palate devoid of overly sweet characteristics. Notes of black coffee can be found up front along with baker’s chocolate, interwoven with a subtle hint of plum. Finishing at 7.8% abv, this release of The Minus Times was brewed in the spirit of the changing season, as Doppelbocks are typically brewed in the winter months
